Replace the “(at)” with @. It’s written that way so address harvesters don’t pick it up; it’s a real mailbox, read by the person who makes Dabbit.

Your order and key

Lost the email with the key, or need an invoice? Sign in to your account with the email you bought with; Polar emails you a code, no password. Your orders, the key, invoices and a refund button are all there. No need to write first.

What helps

A line or two is plenty, but these save a round trip:

• The version of Dabbit and of macOS. Both are in Settings → About; Dabbit’s is also in the menu bar dropdown.
• For a license question, the email you bought with or the order number from Polar’s email. Don’t paste the key itself unless asked.
• For a pick that came out wrong, the app it came from, the value you got and the one you expected.
• For the Figma plugin, whether the Dabbit app was open at the time and what the plugin’s status line said.
