Refunds
14 days to change your mind. If Dabbit isn't for you, email and you're refunded; no form, no reason required.
The policy
If Dabbit doesn’t do what you bought it for, write to support within 14 days of purchase and you’ll be refunded in full. We’d rather hear what went wrong, but the refund doesn’t depend on it.
This covers the license itself and a renewal key alike, each within 14 days of its own purchase.
How it works
- Write from the address you bought with, or include the order number from Polar’s email, so we can find the purchase. Put “Refund” in the subject and it goes to the top.
- The refund is issued through Polar to the card you paid with. It shows up in a few working days, depending on your bank.
- Once refunded, the key stops working at the next check: the app goes back to asking for a license, and nothing you made is deleted.
Before you buy
The 5-day trial has everything switched on, so you can find out whether Dabbit is for you before paying. There’s no separate trial license; the app just works for 5 days.
After 14 days
Refunds are for the first 14 days. Past that, if something is broken, write anyway; a bug is ours to fix, and we’d rather fix it than argue about a date.
