## Email

**hello (at) dabbit.app**

Replace the "(at)" with @. It's written that way so address harvesters don't pick it up; it's a real mailbox, read by the person who makes Dabbit.

## Your order and key

Lost the email with the key, or need an invoice? [Sign in to your account](https://dabbit.app/account) with the email you bought with; Polar emails you a code, no password. Your orders, the key, invoices and a refund button are all there. No need to write first.

## What helps

A line or two is plenty, but these save a round trip:

- The version of Dabbit and of macOS. Both are in Settings → About; Dabbit's is also in the menu bar dropdown.
- For a license question, the email you bought with or the order number from Polar's email. Don't paste the key itself unless asked.
- For a pick that came out wrong, the app it came from, the value you got and the one you expected.
- For the Figma plugin, whether the Dabbit app was open at the time and what the plugin's status line said.
